About Me

I am an actor who is fascinated by the human spirit. Our lives, relationships, communities, and quirks. Growing up, I never wanted to do one thing. There were always thousands of experiences calling to me; I wanted to live every life I read about and know everything. Acting is the only thing that really stuck. It continues to challenge me to know more, connect more, share more!

I will always be a girl born in the Midwest, sent through private schooling, forbidden to date until I enrolled at the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. My past is unchanged. But as an actor, I can be born in the 19th Century. I can be a young rebel, dating against my parents’ wishes. Or an intern on a spaceship on one of Jupiter’s moons. And by living each of these lives, by sharing them, I can deepen my understanding of others.

No other career can take who I am, what I come from, and transform me for the good of others. Each story has characters to pull us in and mirror ourselves, our friends, or our enemies. I am honored to experience life in many worlds, as many identities.
